Tracy L. Glasby is a native of Toledo, Ohio but has called Northern Virginia home for the past 34 years. After serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Howard University in 1997 and her MBA in Healthcare Management in 2006. She is currently employed with the Department of Defense and looking forward to retirement to engage in ministry full-time.

Tracy began her journey in the Lord as a teenager and has never abandoned her faith in God. She continues to seek a greater measure of maturity related to her relationship with Christ and knowledge of the Scriptures. This passion led Tracy to pursue her Master of Divinity from Liberty University in 2020.

Tracy is serious, sold-out, and chasing hard after God.

Over the years, Tracy has served in various capacities within the church, including Director of Children’s Ministry, Sunday School Teacher, Deaconess, Church Clerk, and Praise Team Member. She is currently serving as the Church Administrator of Remnant Community Church.

As the result of her passion to see women growing in grace, in October 2020, with the support of her husband, Tracy founded Discipleship in Motion: a ministry where Christian women are challenged to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and encouraged to Embrace Sanctification and Sisterhood.

Tracy and her husband share five exceptional children.
